This Week’s Menu

Chex with blackberries

Last week I got back to cooking more of our meals at home once more after the craziness of the holidays was somewhat past us. I don’t have any drastic weight loss goals for the year, though I’ve put on several pounds this fall that I’d love to lose once more. Anyways, I digress. This week is fairly healthy and relies heavily on my slow cooker since Chunk-Chunk hasn’t been napping or sleeping well. Usually his nap time is when I prep dinner or at least slow down long enough to thaw something, so I’m hoping the slow cooker helps us stay on track eating at home.

  • Grilled Cheese with Pears
  • Peanut Butter and Jelly with Baby Carrots
  • Leftovers
